  • Fees: Listing fees may apply and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Methods: Buyers and sellers may use the payment methods provided on the platform. All payment transactions are subject to the terms of the respective payment processors.
  • Payment Disputes: Get Tanx is not liable for payment disputes. Buyers and sellers must resolve disputes directly with each other or with the payment processor.

  • Third-Party Logistics: GetTanx partners with third-party logistics providers to facilitate shipping. Get Tanx does not guarantee delivery times or conditions.

Get Tanx’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim. While Get Tanx takes steps to ensure the accuracy and condition of equipment it owns and lists, all equipment is sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated.
